Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We recommend that you research your ring size before making an order from the size chart shown on every items. All items sent back are at the senders expense. We are not responsible to lost items. It is suggested to include the tracking number.
